The maintenance, repair or refurbishment of older period properties can be a tricky business when working with heritage plasters and aged fibrous decorative mouldings and ceilings.

Through our considerable experience of working with such buildings and materials we are regularly requested to carry out in situ surveys and create reports to outline the construction and state of repair of such ceilings.

Such reports also outline suggested repairs and the methodology required to complete these repairs.
