HPS83 Cornice "Chesterfield" is a very well proportioned fibrous plaster moulding with a tongue and dart enrichment to the front member and a fine double alternating leaf relief to the wall member. This HPS83 Victorian Cornice was originally taken from an existing moulding to a property in Chesterfield St within Belgravia on the Grosvenor Estate. Chesterfield St bounded the grounds of Lord Chesterfield and was home to “Beau” Brummel for many years.
