Victorian Acanthus Leaf Cornice
HPS53 Enriched Cornice has a large open acanthus and leaf decoration. The William and Mary 1689 – 1702 period during the English Restoration employed the use of fruits; flowers; shells; garlands and swags, this Cornice is one such example of a large open acanthus leaf and leaf to top member.
