Project Description

Charles Street, London – Bespoke Ceiling

Bespoke Plasterwork Mayfair

Project Details

Location: Charles Street, London

The Charles Street bespoke ceilings were created as part of the renovation works of this large central London house based in the middle of Mayfair.

The first bespoke ceiling being formed used the Heritage standard plaster moulding HPS65 to the perimeter and a series of panels used to create the shaped ceiling details. This was then completed by the use of fine specialist decoration to both the plain flat ceiling plaster and applied directly to the Ceiling panels.

The second bespoke ceiling was a lower ceiling and the overall effect required was for a plainer decoration, consisting of a plain symmetrical panel. Using both straight and radius mouldings. These plain panels were then being broken up with the use of alternating decorative Patra mouldings.
